Biking on the Dolomites

The 35th Giro del Trentino, recently included by the International Bicycle Union in the 2.HC calendar (guaranteeing the particpation at the event of the best teams of the world), is getting ready to offer the beautiful scenery and amazing views of our land to a large public.

After the opening time trial on tuesday19th april along the shores of Lake Garda Trentino, the following day the race will reach Bezzecca, in Val di Ledro (site of the famous battle won by Garibaldi against the Austro-Hungarian army), while the third stage will end in Fai della Paganella with the first severe high altitude finish.

On friday 22nd, the grand finale with the finish of the fourth and last stage in Madonna di Campiglio, the pearl of the Dolomites, where the successor of Alexandre Vinokourov, winner of the Giro del Trentino 2010, will be crowned.
